Creating letters in LEAP is easy and quick with our Microsoft Word integration. All the information you have entered in a matter will be automatically included in letters, saving you from having to type common information such as addressee details or subject lines hundreds of times.

You have complete control over the design of your letters, which can be branded with your firm’s letterhead, logo, preferred style and font.

LEAP provides you with up-to-date forms for all common areas of law specific to the jurisdiction in which you practice. By generating forms from this library, you can be assured of their accuracy as LEAP has a dedicated team who keep them up to date. These forms are generated in Microsoft Word for ease of use and familiarity for all staff.

You can also easily add your own forms for quick access and drafting.

Your firm will have its own letters, deeds and forms, and you can easily add, modify and automate these within LEAP.

This allows you to standardise document production in your firm so that everybody generates documents in the same way and saves them in the same way. Standardisation is the best way to control quality.

Apart from pre-configured matter types included in LEAP, you also have access to Recurring Matter Templates. As LEAP’s solution to streamlining workflow, the Recurring Matter Template feature enables a firm to take the standard pre-configured LEAP matter type and customise it

A Recurring Matter Template might include:

• Repeated information such as the real estate agent or the expert witness details where most firms will use the same people, company or business, consistently;

• A pre-configured folder structure that organises documents in a sensible manner;

• Document templates that are typically used in that matter type such as the initial letter to client, costs agreement, and the file cover sheet; or

• Tasks that are critical to the running of a matter.

You only need to enter the correct matter details once to unlock the power of LEAP automation. This means that your entered details are automatically populated in all documents, letters and forms generated during the conduct of the matter, eliminating manual input. In short, LEAP merges data from your matter and completes complex calculations for you, minimising costly mistakes.

Should there be updates or changes to matter details, once you make them, LEAP will automatically reflect these changes across all relevant documents.
